Roadmap
Where CSL is and where it is going. Statuses are honest: nothing is marked live until you can actually use it, and anything further out is stated as intent, not promise.
Phase 1 - The terminal Live
Prove the core idea: a skin's price can be traded like any other market.
- 17 curated markets, each pinned to the wear that actually trades
- Live pricing from real marketplaces, smoothed into a mark
- Long and short, 2x–20x, isolated margin
- Liquidation price shown before you open - no surprises after
- Hourly funding, transparent taker fee
- Full price history per skin, back to release
- Sign-in with X, Google or wallet
Phase 2 - USDG settlement In development
Turn positions into real money: deposit, trade, withdraw - all in USDG on Robinhood Chain.
- Per-account deposit addresses; on-chain scanner credits balances
- Withdrawals to any Robinhood Chain address (0x…), rate-limited by design
- Dual-source oracle (Skinport + CSFloat) with median pricing
- Vault as counterparty, with published open interest and caps
- Position history and PnL accounting per account
Phase 3 - $CSL launches on Robinhood Chain Live
Get $CSL trading - the token that later phases actually put to work, not a placeholder ticker.
- Token generation event on Robinhood Chain (EVM, chainId 4663) - the same chain CSL itself settles on
- Initial liquidity seeded directly, trading on Uniswap (already live on Robinhood Chain from day one) - no separate bridge, no wrapped version to track
- Fixed supply, published contract, no mint function - what launches is what exists
- Full transparency on any team/treasury allocation and its vesting, published alongside the contract address
- Sets up everything in Phase 4: the burn mechanic and collateral use need a real, liquid token to burn and post
Phase 4 - $CSL as collateral Planned
Make the token useful inside the product instead of adjacent to it: post $CSL, not just USDG, to open a position.
- Trade with $CSL as collateral - long or short any skin market using the token itself
- Burn on liquidation: 90% of a liquidated collateral backs the Vault, 10% is burned forever - funded by the 0.15% taker fee
- Buyback-and-burn: USDG liquidations market-buy $CSL before burning it; $CSL-collateralised ones burn directly
- Public burn tracker: total destroyed, per-liquidation, every transaction linked on-chain
- A haircut (conservative collateral factor) applied to $CSL, reflecting its volatility against USDG
- Fee discounts and reduced funding for positions collateralised in $CSL
- Staking tiers: leverage caps and maker rebates that scale with stake
Phase 5 - Marketplace partnerships Planned
Plug CSL into the places skins already trade, so hedging and speculation stop living in separate worlds.
- Direct price feeds from partner marketplaces - deeper, faster, harder to manipulate than public scraping
- Hedging for inventory holders: sitting on a $40k inventory? Short it on CSL without selling a single item
- Embedded CSL: partner sites show a "trade the price" action next to the buy button, powered by our API
- Referral and revenue-share rails so partners earn on flow they send
- A public market-data API - free reads, so the skin economy finally has a shared price reference
Phase 6 - Less trust Intent
Move balances and positions on-chain so CSL cannot be the single point of failure.
- On-chain settlement of collateral and positions on Robinhood Chain
- Verifiable, signed oracle updates anyone can audit
- Third-party security review before non-custodial mainnet
This is a direction, not a date. Anything on-chain must be right the first time.
How to read the statuses
